Every once in a while there is a short creative outburst and this time it happend to be a slightly remixed version of the 2010 classic “Send Me Someone for Christmas”. We hope you’ll enjoy it and at the same time we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Back in 2006 this track, “Life in Knots”, was the debut single from Swedish electro pop sensation Quelles Paroles. The original vocal tracks resurfaced in the Diskodiktator studio not long ago and since this homepage demanded an update what better way than to combine the two?
A brand new remix was done and it clearly shows that first class second hand material never goes out of style. Have a listen and perhaps there is even a new “Diskodiktator vs. The World” compilation coming in the near future? Only time will tell…
Because of reasons there has been another update to the server that is hosting this site and because of it a lot of the old functions are not working properly. We are doing a half-assed job of trying to fix it but at least some parts are up and running; such as the “Releases of the Month” and the full list of our releases. The detailed pages are not working as they should but hopefully you won’t mind that much. :_)
It’s interesting to see the lack of activity on this homepage – are we really doing that little? The answer is, as usual, yes and no. Except for a couple of brilliant singles from Flux Fin and Quelles Paroles the rate of releases has come to a stand still. Never the less, work progresses with new material from Diskodiktator and we are also looking forward to the new material by Topgun which is bound to be released to the public soon. The Electric Fantastic Sound homepage recently got a much needed work-over with a new eye friendly look and some of the scripts running in the background have been bug fixed. With that said we are looking forward to the next few months – a time when we will hopefully see a couple of new releases. Until then, please hold on!
Our friends from Finland celebrates the end of summer with a wonderful new track: “No Wonder”.
